Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Mainframe - **Experience:**8+ Years
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Mainframe technologies - COBOL, JCL, DB2 and/or IMS DB
Good understanding of CICS, VSAM, Batch Processing, z/OS
Experience managing end-to-end project/program delivery
Stakeholder and client management
Agile/Scrum and Release Management experience
Strong risk, issue, and resource management skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Mainframe application development, enhancement, and support programs.
Coordinate with business, development, testing, and support teams.
Drive project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
