Job description

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our clients with higher-level personal care needs in their homes. This role is ideal for CNAs who want flexible scheduling while continuing to use their clinical skills in a one-on-one care setting.
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on personal care in accordance with CNA scope of practice
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols
  • Provide companionship and promote client dignity and comfort
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed
  • Run errands and provide transportation when required
Qualifications
  • Active CNA license in Indiana or Michigan (as applicable)
  • Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Compassionate, professional, and dependable
  • Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required
