Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Part-Time

Hospice & Home Visit Clinic

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part-time capacity, supporting both hospice care and clinic-based home site visits. This role requires a nurse who is clinically strong, independent, and comfortable delivering care in patients' homes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wound care, IV therapy, and direct patient care, with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in hospice and home settings

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans

Deliver and manage wound care treatments (including advanced wound care as needed)

Initiate and maintain IV therapy, including medication administration

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and care techniques
