Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

This is hourly paid work performing administrative, clerical, and general office duties. This position is part-time and requires less than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits.

NOTE: This is a 29-hour-per-week position.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (Calendar)

Ability to use office equipment

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments

Plan meetings and take detailed notes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Develop and maintaining filing systems

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED AND two years of general office or administrative experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess the following:

Five (5) or more years of experience performing administrative or customer service duties.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010/Microsoft Office 365.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
