Growth Path: Onboard as a team cleaner and Transition to Supervisor
About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented cleaner who is ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a reliable, communicative, and thorough Cleaning Supervisor to join our client's team in Houston.
This isn't just a standard cleaning role. You will start by mastering our cleaning standards on the job, but we are actively looking for someone who can manage daily tasks on our app, lead a small team on-site, handle client relations, and eventually step into a scheduling and business management role.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Quality Control

  • Assign daily cleaning rotations to teammates.
  • Inspect all cleaning work thoroughly before leaving the job site.
  • Provide real-time, constructive feedback to teammates if a spot was missed.

Client Relations

  • Warmly greet clients upon arrival.
  • Listen to special requests and either inform the office or kindly direct the client to text the office for scheduling changes.

Operations & Tech

  • Update job statuses and complete daily tasks in the app (Jobber).
  • Attend team meetings with the Manager to review what is working, what isn't, and share feedback for improvement.
  • Future Growth: Learn the ropes of the business to eventually take over scheduling the cleanings and overall team management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that others miss and take pride in making a home sparkle.
  • Strong Communicator: Comfortable speaking politely with clients and firmly but kindly giving feedback to your teammates.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps (specifically Jobber) daily.
  • Leadership Potential: You are motivated by growth and ready to transition from a cleaner into a scheduling/management role.
  • Requirements: Must be based in or near Houston, Texas, with reliable transportation.

Why Work With Our Client?

  • Great Work-Life Balance: Work hard Monday through Thursday and enjoy a guaranteed three-day weekend every single week.
  • Performance-Based Pay: The more efficient and thorough your team is, the more you make per hour.
