Trolley Driver - Weddings & Events
Position Summary
Rainbow Adventures LLC is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Trolley Driver - Weddings & Events to provide safe, reliable, and memorable transportation for weddings, private events, corporate charters, and occasional sightseeing tours. This position is guest-focused and requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Our busiest times include evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism seasons. Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company trolleys in accordance with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Provide professional transportation for wedding parties, private events, corporate groups, and special occasions.
  • Occasionally conduct sightseeing and charter tours, providing engaging narration and local information when appropriate.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the trolley while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain event schedules while remaining flexible to accommodate timeline adjustments.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, event coordinators, venue staff, and management.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Assist with loading and unloading approved guest items when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented vehicle.
  • Represent Rainbow Adventures LLC professionally at all times and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement.
  • Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card), or ability to obtain before employment.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
  • Must successfully pass all pre-employment and random DOT-required drug and alcohol screenings.
  • Ability to safely operate a passenger trolley while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
