Job description

Job Title: Part-timeย Server - Food Serviceย 

Reports to: Food Service Directorย 

Basic Function:ย To assist the Director and/or Manager in a dietary setting.

Essential Functions:ย 

  1. Help prepareย and serve meals to all students according to USDA guidelines.
  2. Assist in daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment, washing and sterilizing of dishes, silverware, utensils and cleaning of serving areas.
  3. Help to maintain the standards of health and safety with staff and students.
  4. Dress in appropriate attire as required by the Director.
  5. Demonstrate organization and professionalism in your responsibilities.
  6. Maintain a positive rapport with all staff, students, parents and community.
  7. Be flexible and willing to perform any and all Food Service tasks as they are assigned by the Director or Kitchen Manager
  8. Must attend the required number of hours each year of professional development set by the state.
