Job description

St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) of Taylors, SC is seeking a part-time accompanist, with an average time commitment of less than 10 hours per week (which includes individual preparation time). Play for one weekly service and special seasonal services; accompany the Chancel Choir for regular weekly rehearsals (Wed. night, Sunday morning) and occasional extra seasonal rehearsals; accompany other groups as necessary (soloists, Handbells, children, etc.); assist with worship planning in conjunction with the Director of Music as necessary. Qualified candidates should be prepared to demonstrate excellent piano skills; a basic proficiency on organ as well is preferred, but not required.
