Location Coordinator

Location:Lake Travis (LT)

Reports To: Location Pastor (LT)

Summary of Role

The Campus Coordinator leads Guest Experience efforts at the Lake Travis (LT) location by building and developing Dream Teams (DT) and ensuring services, conferences, and events are executed with excellence. This role creates welcoming, organized environments that help people feel seen, connected, and engaged from the moment they arrive.

Position Status & Schedule

  • Non-Exempt, Hourly
  • Part-time (25hours per week)
  • Sunday through Thursday: may include weekends and evenings
  • Christmas, Easter, Pursuit Weeks (January/August), and Dream Team Appreciation service dates and times are blackout days for time off. Other events will be required outside of your regular schedule; you will be informed in advance of these requirements.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Services

  • Execute the excellence of the "doors and seats"/off the platform experience for attendees and guests
  • Foster and champion an environment that reflects our core values to church attendees
  • Identify and resolve potential issues affecting the church attendee/guest experience
  • Seek out guests and facilitate an exceptional experience for them, includes connecting First Time Guests
  • Collaborate with Location Team for on-site elements taking place off of the platform (i.e., Communion, Baptisms, or seasonal elements happening off-stage)
  • Ensure assigned Dream Teams are well staffed and have clear direction and resources

Leadership

  • Responsible for the overall health of location Dream Teams
  • Recruit, develop and lead Guest Experience Dream Teams
  • Resource Dream Team leads with information related to church standards, policy, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with location-wide Dream Team members
  • Assist with establishing facility-specific standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure the location and its spaces are consistently prepared, organized, and ready to welcome and host guests.

Coordination

  • Manage people workflows to ensure attendees and Dream Team are connected to team leads, information, next steps, etc.
  • Manage location email communications, ensuring timely responses and with appropriate follow-up
  • Maintain inventories and order needed supplies for location and service operations
  • Enter database information and ensure rosters are maintained and accurate for assigned Dream Teams
  • Assist Dream Team leads in ensuring adequate DT coverage for weekend services and events
  • Communicate weekly with the location team about needs for weekend services or events
  • Support the planning and on-site execution of location-specific events and gatherings, coordinating logistics, setup, and day-of-event operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Radiant Sisters onsite small groups, providing execution support, confirming content availability and ensuring the space is prepared for speakers, guests, and attendees.
  • Keep a running list of needs, upgrades, and goals for things that impact the Guest Experience Teams
  • Communicate location-specific needs to Location Pastor

Financial

  • Utilize purchasing processes for approval, ordering, and payment of services and items needed at campus
  • Assist with annual and monthly budget updates for campus location
  • Enter expenses into applicable systems and maintain up-to-date expense reports

Contribute to the overall success of the Celebration Church Lake Travis location by performing other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office and Church facility.
  • Must be able to position self to maintain supplies and equipment on lower shelves and in closets.
  • Often move supplies and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to work outside in various climates and temperatures
