Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข 1-2 years of professional experience in live audio mixing, sound engineering, or production (church or event setting preferred).
โ€ข Experience with Studio One, Ableton, and Dante audio networking.
โ€ข Strong understanding of sound systems, signal flow, and live mixing fundamentals.
โ€ข Proficiency in setting up, testing, and maintaining audio equipment for live services and events.
โ€ข Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional late hours as needed.
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
โ€ข Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure when managing live sound.

  • Technical Expertise: You're confident operating and troubleshooting digital consoles, microphones, monitors, and audio systems - ensuring clear, consistent sound across all settings.
