Right At School Childcare Program, Educator
Educator Pay Range: $21.57-$22.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Monday-Friday Split Shift, must be available all 5 days for one and/or both shifts each day,
Before School Shift: 6:30am-9am (Friday 6:30am-10:30am) and After School Shift: 3pm-6pm
Actual schedule will be based off needs of the programs

  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
  • Meets regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
