Lifeguard - Neenah, WI
Part-time, 15 hours/week (no weekends)
Make a splash in your next role! HealthFitness is seeking enthusiastic Lifeguards to join our aquatics team at a premier corporate fitness center in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment while keeping a watchful eye on members and guests enjoying the facility
Schedule: Monday 9am-12pm
Tuesday 5:30am-7:30am / 1pm-3pm
Wednesday: 9am-12pm
Thursday 1pm-3pm
Friday 9am-12pm
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.
Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
  • Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
  • Respond appropriately to any emergency.
  • Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.
  • Attend all required staff meetings and training.
  • Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
  • Maintain a professional attitude.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification.
  • Meet HealthFitness Fitness and Skill standards.
  • Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.

Compensation: $12.00-$16.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
