Job description

Part-time (10-12 hours per week)

Provide leadership, direction, and management of all production operations at Park South Loop to help provide a quality environment that enriches the worship experience for those attending services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent Production support for the Weekend Gatherings by utilizing your skills and volunteer team.
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop volunteers for weekend services
  • Schedule volunteers monthly
  • Assist the SL pastors in planning compelling worship services, including songs, hosting elements, and recurring liturgical elements
  • Assist the SL pastors in planning services (ideally six weeks in advance)
  • Responsible for keeping the Production and Worship teams on schedule so pre-service walk-throughs happen on time
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment failures
  • Ability to adjust to changes in service(s)

Proficiency In

  • Google Workspace (ie. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat)
  • Planning Center Suite (primarily Services, Calendar)
  • Pro-presenter Software and/or other presenter software

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience with live sound digital consoles.
  • Knowledge of live video, switchers, and cameras.
  • Strong teamwork skills; ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff ministries, organizations, and volunteers
