Job description

The Exercise Specialist supervises, teaches and monitors adult and geriatric participants' progress in all phases of the Preventive Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs.
Required:
  • BS in Exercise Physiology or related field
  • MS preferred OR RN with BLS and ACLS certification
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Cardiac Rehab experience preferred.
  • AACVPR certification encouraged within first year

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Pay range: Hourly Rate $22.27-$31.28
Hours: Availability required weekdays 7:00AM-6:00PM as needed. Hours are not guaranteed. Emergency Relief staff help with coverage when full-time or part-time employees are unavailable.
