What Role You Will Play in Our Team

Launch new CCS businesses by delivering definitive agreements in the low carbon space including CCS, hydrogen and low carbon fuels.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver industry-leading customer experience 

  • Activate tangible new low carbon businesses 

  • Spark innovation in Carbon Capture Storage business development to accelerate learnings & business results

  • Structure and deliver definitive deals advancing the Exxon Mobil Corporate objectives in leading the energy transition.

  • Drive value by developing and implementing the commercial strategy. expected to push and stretch the organization’s boundaries 

  • Lead cross functional commercial & technical business team spearheading internal alignment and coordination 

  • Adapt existing and create new commercial structures exceeding internal and external stakeholder needs & interests

About You

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or financial discipline

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial, commercial, and/or business development roles in Energy

  • Demonstrated ability to conclude definitive agreements at a Corporate level 

  • Expert knowledge of long-term upstream, midstream, product and / or transportation agreements in oil & gas or a related industry.

  • Deep familiarity with project investment evaluation

  • Strong analytical skills 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Masters Degree in business or finance

  • Experience in obtaining Board level approval for complex inorganic transactions

  • Experience developing and finalizing definitive long-term agreements

  • Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills 

  • Demonstrated interest in energy transition business areas
