Job description

Join our team at Cape Cod Post Acute as a Maintenance Assistant.

Part-time - Every other weekend from 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm

Same Day Pay!

$20 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities of Maintenance Assistant:

  • Complete physical rounds daily and inspect the facility for issues to be repaired

  • Minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs of facility and equipment within

  • Check maintenance request logbooks and make appropriate corrections

  • Work closely with staff to improve quality of living quarters of residents

  • Perform other duties requested by staff and supervisors within the facility, such as moving furniture, equipment repairs, and problem-solving issues as needed

Qualifications for Maintenance Assistant:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 or more years of general maintenance experience required, such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.

  • Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
