POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Parkland

REPORTS TO: Campus Pastor

STATUS: Non-exempt, Hourly

HOURS: Part Time

LOCATION: Parkland 4690 N. State Road 7, Suite 107 Coconut Creek, Fl 33073

You must be passionate about managing all aspects of administration, special projects, and secretarial duties. You must have a passion for the Calvary Chapel Parkland church body as well as our local Parkland community.

  • Excellent computer skills and a good working knowledge of computer software (e.g. Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and office management skills
  • The ability to manage and complete projects on time and follow-through efficiently
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask
  • The ability to employ biblical principles to resolve everyday problems
  • The ability to maintain and display both compassion and firmness when ministering to the special needs of the church body
