Job description


Regions Hospital is looking for a part time Call Center Associate to join the Nutrition team. 

The Call Center Associate communicates with patients, hospital staff and family members to understand and provide guidance and recommendations during the selection of meals that meet the nutritional/dietary requirements of the patient.  The position uses multiple computer applications to place and verify patient meal orders. Performs other duties within the Food & Nutrition Department as assigned.

FTE: 0.2 (8 hours per week)

Potential shift hours include:
Work schedule includes 16 hours per 2 week pay period, including one week day per week, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Weekday, Weekend and Holiday Hours:
3:45pm-7:45pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required

Salary Rate: $20.27/hr
