What you'll be doing:
  • Administer in-office reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming office visitors
  • Coordinate a variety of office assistant functions, including meeting prep, office organization, and catering orders
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail
  • Provide in-house printing administrative support, including administering and completing print projects that require printing, collating, and mailing logistics
  • Coordinate office supply and furniture orders and anticipate supply needs to ensure the office is properly stocked
  • Liaison with vendors (including phone, internet, recycling, and printer vendors), as needed
  • Assist with equipment inventory
  • Maintain and coordinate parking passes, keys, etc. to ensure staff have necessary access to office
  • Other duties as determined by agency leadership
All employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver's license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker. The current minimum starting offer for this position is $30.68/hour.
