You'll help keep our meat department looking sharp, stocked right, and ready for whatever customers are planning for dinner.In this role, you'll cut, trim, grind, and portion a variety of proteins (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and seafood), support inventory accuracy, and help receive and stock deliveries. You'll also label and store product correctly, keep everything at proper temperatures, and operate/maintain knives, saws, and grinders with safety top of mind-always following food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
