Job description

CyberLinx Solutions LLC is seeking a part-time Federal Business Development Analyst to support its business development efforts and assist in developing a strategic federal business pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a key role in researching, analyzing, and executing business development initiatives to expand CyberLinx Solutions' footprint in the federal contracting space. Responsibilities: Market & Business Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to assess CyberLinx's position in the federal marketplace.

Analyze federal procurement trends, spending data, and service codes to identify target agencies and contracts. Evaluate prime contracting experience, subcontracting opportunities, and teaming partners. Assess socio-economic certifications (e.g., SDVOSB, DBE, 8(a)) for strategic positioning

Perform SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in federal contracting. Federal Business Development & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of government contracts, identifying short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities. Research contracting vehicles (GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs) and determine CyberLinx's eligibility and positioning.

Identify and engage with decision-makers, procurement officers, and key stakeholders within federal agencies. Monitor Sources Sought Notices, Requests for Information (RFIs), and pre-solicitation notices to assess opportunities. Proposal Development & Marketing Strategy: Assist in the creation and refinement of capability statements, white papers, and proposal content tailored to federal clients.

Support the response to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including bid/no-bid decision-making. Leverage federal business intelligence tools such as SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and FPDS to identify and track opportunities. Enhance CyberLinx's federal marketing presence through targeted outreach, networking, and event participation

Teaming & Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic teaming agreements with prime contractors and small business partners. Research and facilitate participation in mentor-protege programs and joint ventures. Track incumbent contract holders and assess re-compete opportunities.
