The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

Primary Monday through Friday, but may require nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay $25.00 - $30.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Coordinate leadership calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and arrange travel itineraries as needed
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, packets, minutes, and follow-up tracking to support effective leadership meetings
  • Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, event files, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance records
  • Support daily office and event operations, including supplies, equipment, workspace setup, onboarding documentation, and logistical needs for games, concerts, and special events
  • Provide administrative, financial, and cross-departmental coordination support during routine operations and high-impact or unexpected events
More about you
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment, strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite  
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Basic math skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
