  • Perform routine quality-control reviews of digital sponsorship placements and fulfillment
  • Generate routine reports and documentation as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate digital and broadcast traffic records
  • Act as the backup person for all broadcast logs, both audio and video

What you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or studies in media, broadcasting, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative support, scheduling, data-entry, media operations, or related experience preferred
  • Familiarity in broadcast traffic operations and software a plus
  • Willingness to learn and apply FCC regulations and best practices
  • Deadline-oriented; organized and able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Why BTPM?

We are proud of our culture and promote a realistic balance of both work and personal life. Our benefits package is fantastic and we have free parking!

Salary and Benefits:

This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position and hours of work typically Monday through Friday 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. Starting pay will be based on education, experience and interview.

Starting range: $16 to $20/hr.

  • Sick time (accrued)
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Retirement Plan with 7.5% employer match (based on eligibility)
