This role assists with the accurate execution of traffic logs, digital sponsorship placements, contract fulfillment, and reporting activities while ensuring deadlines and broadcast standards are met. This position can be hybrid - a blend of remote and in-office work. In summary, this individual will:Schedule digital sponsor interstitials on all platforms as required (including outdoor pedestal, triton and web)Verify the performance of interstitialsAssist with maintaining accurate sponsorship and scheduling records within traffic systemsPerform routine quality-control reviews of digital sponsorship placements and fulfillmentGenerate routine reports and documentation as assigned.Maintain accurate digital and broadcast traffic recordsAct as the backup person for all broadcast logs, both audio and videoWhat you'll need:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or studies in media, broadcasting, or related field preferredMinimum of one (1) year of administrative support, scheduling, data-entry, media operations, or related experience preferredFamiliarity in broadcast traffic operations and software a plusWillingness to learn and apply FCC regulations and best practices Deadline-oriented; organized and able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks with attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft OfficeAuthorized to work in the U.S. Why BTPM?Because we're awesome! Starting pay will be based on education, experience and interview.
