Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring a top-tier guest experience? Weโ€™re looking for an Engineer to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant environment! As a key member of our maintenance team, youโ€™ll play a vital role in keeping our property in excellent condition and ensuring a safe, comfortable stay for our guests.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and prevent disruptions.
  • Work closely with other departments to address maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling tools and materials responsibly.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to enhance their stay.

Requirements:
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall and some carpentry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
  • High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
  • Flexible availability preferred
  • Additional language ability preferred
  • CPR and first aid training preferred
