We seek candidates with computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, machine learning, statistics, data science, applied math and/or other quantitative backgrounds who are enthusiastic about bringing their expertise to address fundamental problems in biology and medicine using cutting-edge technologies. The Pritykin lab (http://pritykinlab.princeton.edu) develops computational methods for design and analysis of high-throughput functional genomic assays and perturbations, with a focus on multi-modal single-cell, spatial and genome editing technologies; and applies these methods to study regulatory genomics of cell function and cell-cell interactions, with a focus on immunology and cancer. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of exciting collaborative projects and develop new projects. PhD in a relevant field is required. Strong track record of productivity is essential. Experience with biological data analysis is a plus but not required. The term of appointment is based on rank. Positions at the postdoctoral rank are for one year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding; those hired at more senior ranks may have multi-year appointments. The position is subject to the University's background check policy. Applications must be submitted online at https://www.princeton.edu/acad-positions/position/39341.
