This is a team-oriented position with advancement opportunities. As an Ambassador in Training, your responsibilities are to develop and maintain positive relationships with guests. You will provide an exceptional customer service experience in all areas by assisting guests with skill games, explaining gaming rules, play and payout process, hospitality at our lodge, bartending, and cooking in the brewery. You will also be required to alert tech or gaming floor manager of any malfunctioning games. This position requires candidates to learn and perform in all areas and be very versatile in order to provide the quality of service we have committed to giving each guest.
Position requires friendly, customer service-driven individuals who possess excellent guest interaction skills, attention to detail and a commitment to the rules and regulations. The successful candidate will possess:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check
Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
Excellent customer service skills
Conflict resolution skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Must be 21 years or older
Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Operating skill games
  • Explaining rules, game play and payouts to guests as needed
  • Light cleaning duties related to gaming floor, lodge, and cabins
  • Monitoring guests and ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations
  • Facilitating bingo games
  • Bartending and cooking
  • All other duties as assigned or required
