WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol, behavior and alerting the necessary personnel if needed.
  • Providing guest with all the necessary information about our events and programs as needed.
  • Maintaining par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure.
  • Storing liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, paper supplies and sundries in their designated areas, while following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
  • Replacing empty draught beer kegs as needed.
  • Lifting and stocking cases of beer, kegs, and other bar related products into their designated areas.
  • Maintains inventory of all bar related products.
  • Maintaining Team Member dining room supplies, such as stocking cups, utensils, condiments, paper towels etc.
  • Clean and stock all beverage Stations on the gaming floor.
  • Fills all designated ice bins as needed.
  • Operating and maintaining all equipment and tools as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Removing and properly disposes of all trash from designated areas.
  • Wiping counter areas, sinks and mopping floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Must possess a valid driver's license and have acceptable driving history as determined by PENN Entertainment, Inc. auto insurance carrier.
