Our team is made up of passionate tequiliers — storytellers and lifelong learners who share a love for hospitality, craft and creating unforgettable experiences together, from front of house to the kitchen and behind We're not just a restaurant - we're an experience, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our familia.
What you will do in this role:
Make food according to specifications to create a perfect dining experience
Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is prepared and available for service
Keep work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, santizited state at all times
Control waste and spoilage
Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
Restock any low items during the shift
Complete cleaning schedules as assigned
Assist all teammates whenever needed
Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures
Complete Food Safety logs
