Job description

Here at Crumbl we are searching for vibrant and positive people who will be a part of bringing the world's best cookies to our community. You will bake and decorate a lot of cookies, clean up, interact with customers taking orders, and did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies! We will train you to bake, and we believe anybody who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way can be a successful part of our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Reading, understanding, and executing recipes in English
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
  • Decorating and displaying finished product
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
  • Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
