These positions may include roles like baker’s assistant, cashier, or counter staff, depending on the bakery’s needs. Part time schedules are ideal for students, parents, or anyone seeking supplemental income, as they often include morning, evening, or weekend shifts. Previous experience is helpful but not always required, as many bakeries offer on-the-job training for entry-level roles.

You’ll work closely with bakers, decorators, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods like mornings and weekends. Effective communication and collaboration are key, as team members frequently coordinate to fulfill orders and provide excellent customer service. This role provides valuable experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can open doors to more advanced positions in baking or food service.
