About the Position

Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional brass teacher to teach part-time at Schaumburg Music Academy, our Schaumburg, IL location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON!

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $25-30/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 30 days on the job. Health benefit options are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.
