Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • 8+ hands-on experience with .NET Core, Angular, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, CSS and Entity Framework.
  • 5+ years - Proficiency in designing microservices and distributed systems.
  • 5+ years - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or Google Cloud is a plus).
  • 5+ years - Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
  • 5+ years - Solid understanding of database design and development using SQL Server, NoSQL, or other databases.
  • 5+ years - Excellent in Security best practices, performance fine tuning.
  • 5+ years - Guide the developers on development and design platform/pattern; Strict adherence to coding standards.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
