Job description

We're looking for a Direct Care Specialist to support foster kids (ages 3-18) in our group homes in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. You'll help with daily care, activities, transportation, and emotional support.
Shifts:
Mon-Fri: Any time between 2 PM - 10 PM OR
Sat-Sun: Any time between 6 AM - 10 PM
Requirements
- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
