Job description

Description:

We’re looking for a Direct Care Specialist to support foster kids (ages 3–18) in our group homes in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. You’ll help with daily care, activities, transportation, and emotional support.


Shifts:

Mon–Fri: Any time between 2 PM – 10 PM OR

Sat–Sun: Any time between 6 AM – 10 PM


Pay:

$18-$20 per hour

Requirements:

- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children

- Must be 21 or older

- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record

- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one

- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
