As an Escape Room & Attractions Agent, you'll guide guests through immersive escape room missions, facilitate axe throwing and rage room experiences, oversee virtual reality attractions, and ensure every guest has a safe, exciting, and memorable visit. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy performing, entertaining, and creating high-energy guest experiences.

Primary ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Entertainment
  • Welcome, engage, and assist guests throughout their visit.
  • Create excitement and immersion during escape room experiences.
  • Provide clues, hints, and guidance while maintaining the integrity of the game.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help create memorable experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and positively.
Attraction Operations
  • Facilitate and oversee Escape Rooms, Axe Throwing, Rage Rooms, and Virtual Reality attractions.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure guests understand attraction rules and procedures.
  • Monitor guest participation and enforce safety standards at all times.
  • Reset attractions between groups and prepare spaces for the next experience.
  • Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout attraction areas.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all guests follow attraction guidelines and safety requirements.
  • Inspect equipment and attraction spaces before and throughout operating hours.
  • Report maintenance, operational, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and guest incidents.
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Promote attraction upgrades, memberships, merchandise, and future visits.
  • Encourage guests to participate in additional experiences during their visit.
  • Assist with event and party experiences when needed.
Qualifications
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage groups of all ages and create a fun atmosphere.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Experience
  • Entertainment, attractions, escape rooms, VR gaming, hospitality, events, theater, recreation, or customer service experience.
  • Experience working with children, families, and large groups.
  • Sales or upselling experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
