  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize use cases, gather requirements, and manage rollout of automation improvements.
  • Measure workflow performance using defined KPIs and prepare reports on cycle time reduction, accuracy improvements, adoption, and business impact.
  • Document workflow architecture, operating procedures, prompt standards, and user guidance to support training, auditability, and continuous improvement.

Key Deliverables

  • Workflow Assessment and Roadmap โ€“ A documented evaluation of priority QA workflows, current-state pain points, automation opportunities, and a phased implementation plan.
  • Production-Ready Automations โ€“ Deployed AI-enabled workflows with defined business rules, human review points, monitoring, and support documentation.
  • Performance Reporting and Governance Materials โ€“ KPI reporting, testing results, standard operating procedures, and guidance for responsible and sustainable AI use.

Benefits of working with our team:

  • This role is a part-time, non-exempt temporary position lasting 4 months

  • Opportunity to build and scale AI-enabled workflows that support operational excellence and measurable business impact.
  • Exposure to cross-functional initiatives involving quality, operations, reporting, and digital process improvement.
  • A hands-on role shaping practical, responsible adoption of AI tools in a manufacturing environment.
