Job description

The Asset Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's physical and financial assets. Working as part of a medium-sized asset management team for a financial and technological media company (Myriad Nsamoo Inc), this role supports both Finance and Operations departments, directly reporting to the Asset Manager. The Asset Coordinator ensures accurate asset tracking, compliance, and documentation while facilitating vendor coordination and audit readiness. This position offers growth potential toward becoming an Asset Manager, focusing on individual contribution without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain records of all organizational assets
  • Manage digital inventory control processes and data entry tasks
  • Generate and analyze reports related to asset status and usage
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure asset procurement and maintenance
  • Monitor compliance with asset management policies and regulations
  • Support audit activities by preparing necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding asset-related matters
