  • Identify active cases, involved attorneys, and expert witness usage.
  • Map relationships between attorneys and medical experts to support targeted outreach and business development.
  • Distinguish between active and inactive/retired experts and identify trends in expert utilization.
2. Business Development Support

  • Generate actionable leads based on case activity and attorney engagement.
  • Support marketing efforts by identifying high-value attorneys and firms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Participate in a performance-based commission structure tied to successful lead generation.
3. Expert Compliance & Monitoring

  • Assist in monitoring potential violations of contractual agreements by network experts.
  • Conduct research to identify potential unauthorized engagements or conflicts.
  • Provide clear, documented findings to leadership for further review.
4. Collections Support

  • Provide research and investigative support to the company’s collections attorney.
  • Assist in identifying relevant case and financial information to support recovery efforts.
5. Verification & Discreet Outreach Support

  • Serve as a credible legal reference when needed for verification or outreach efforts.
  • Support existing validation processes (including “mystery call” initiatives) to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required (licensed or non-practicing attorneys welcome)
  • Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Accurint, or similar legal research tools
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with litigation processes and court docket research
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity
Compensation:
