- Role Overview/Job Responsibilities
As a Senior ACI Engineer, you will work in direct partnership with the client and internal teams to build and support complex and reliable network solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
Design, maintenance and third level support for Cisco routing and switching
Design, maintenance and third level support for Cisco ACI
Design, maintenance and third level support for Firewalls (Next Gen)
Design, maintenance and third level support for Wireless Infrastructure
Design, maintenance and third level support for Network Voice Infrastructure
Design, maintenance and third level support for Load Balancers
Design, maintenance and third level support for SD-WAN
Design, maintenance and third level support for Meraki solutions
Provide WAN & LAN support in diverse environments
- Required Qualifications
Cisco CCNP Certification
Strong knowledge of WAN, MAN, LAN, WiFi, QoS
Experience with network protocols (IP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, IPSec)
Experience with MPLS, VPNs, Hybrid WAN, Metro Networks
Hands-on with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls
Experience with VoIP and collaboration systems
Cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Network performance analysis and reporting
ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Identity Management (AD, ADFS, Azure AD, MFA, Radius, PEAP)
Wireshark experience
Windows Server/Desktop and Linux knowledge
Microsoft Office 365 & Visio
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and mentor team members
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and support
7+ years of troubleshooting experience in network engineering
