Oakbrook Corporation is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brenwood Park Senior Apartments, a beautiful senior living community in Franklin, Wisconsin.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Complete daily resident work orders promptly and professionally
  • Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Assist with apartment turnovers to prepare homes for new residents
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when needed
  • Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues
  • Assist with seasonal property responsibilities, including snow removal and landscaping support
