Job description

Immediate openings available. Edgewater Real Estate has immediate openings for apartment maintenance technicians in Milwaukee, WI. These are full time hourly positions. Starting hourly is based on experience and skills. Benefits include, health, dental, vision, Simple IRA with company match, paid vacation, sick and holiday. Tech is also provided with a company van and tools.

Position requires but is not limited to: Traveling between multiple properties to preform repairs for resident work orders. Working on make ready units for new move ins as well as vacant unit repairs.

Technician must work well independently, stay organized, complete service tasks as needed and take care of their company provided vehicle, tools and equipment.

Clean driving record required. Portfolio locations are throughout the East Side of Milwaukee and Shorewood.
