Print Services is a campus business RUN by students LED by students. We are looking for team members who want to develop skills and apply their classroom learning in a real business. Print Services is different from other campus jobs--students are running the whole show and having one-of-a-kind educational experiences. We'll be investing a fair amount of time to get employees trained and up-to-speed in what is a technical job, so we want you to stick around for a while. We also offer opportunities to grow within Print Services with advanced technical roles, along with leadership roles as a student lead, assistant manager, and even our manager is a student.

Position Summary
This posting is for a Systems Analyst who is needed to help us improve how we use technology in operating the business. We recognize that our systems are sometimes difficult for customers and we know we are not using it to its fullest capacity to help us get our work done efficiently.We need a Systems Analyst who is an eager learner, a problem solver, and has a good mind for improving operational systems. This will be a great learning and growth experience.

Responsibilities

  • DocketManager Optimization: Explore and learn all capabilities of DocketManager beyond basic usage. Identify opportunities to streamline operations, automate tasks, and reduce errors.
  • Pricing Analysis & Updates: Understand how pricing works within DocketManager and assist in maintaining accurate, consistent pricing. Suggest improvements or simplifications to make pricing easier for staff and customers.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze workflows between front desk and production teams to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or sources of errors. Propose and implement changes to make processes smoother.
  • Job Ticket Simplification: Standardize job ticket creation and system entries to make them clear, consistent, and easy for staff to use while minimizing mistakes.
  • Website Oversight & Improvement: Assist with maintaining and improving the Print Services website so it supports internal workflows and provides better experience for customers.
  • Documentation & Training Support: Document processes, system changes, and best practices. Help create short guides or training materials for staff to follow updated workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track system and process improvements, gather staff feedback, and recommend ongoing adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal errors.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
