An established, high-revenue business is seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership on a part-time, remote basis. This is a six-month contract requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week, ideal for an experienced finance leader seeking a flexible engagement.

The role is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. , with preference given to those able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours . Responsibilities Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance Lead the transition to QuickBooks Advise on business structures, tax strategies, and international expansion Manage cash flow, banking, and financial strategies Support M&A preparation, due diligence, and exit planning Provide strategic guidance on growth and risk management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred) 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles (CFO, Controller, or similar) Strong background in e-commerce models (Amazon, drop shipping, consignment) Advanced QuickBooks expertise Knowledge of U.S.
