Experienced Allergy Medical Assistant/LVN - Part Time Opportunity and Full Time Opportunity Available

    About This Exciting Opportunity

    Are you a skilled medical assistant with a passion for helping patients breathe easier and live better? We're seeking an experienced Allergy Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at our thriving allergy practice. This is your chance to specialize in a rewarding field where you'll see patients transform their lives through effective allergy treatment.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
    Position Type: Part-Time 3-4 days a week.

    What You'll Do (Your Impact Matters!)Clinical Excellence
    • Perform precise allergy skin testing and interpret results
    • Conduct spirometry testing with accuracy and care
    • Administer allergy shot treatments safely and efficiently
    • Monitor patients during treatment and manage any reactions
    • Food Challenge protocols
    Patient Care Champion
    • Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming environment
    • Guide patients through check-in and discharge processes
    • Provide comprehensive allergy education and lifestyle guidance
    • Keep allergy shot patients on track with their treatment schedules
    • Answer questions and provide emotional support during treatment journeys
    Practice Operations
    • Open and close clinic efficiently and securely
    • Maintain organized, clean treatment areas
    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
    • Support seamless daily operations
    What We Need:

    REQUIREMENTS

    • MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) required, no exceptions
    • Minimum 2 years clinical MA experience; specialty/allergy experience a major plus
    • Comfortable with pediatric patients and families including anxious kids and stressed parents
    • Strong venipuncture and injection technique; biologics experience a plus
    • Familiar with spirometry or willing to be trained and certified within 60 days
    • Proficient or trainable in EMR/EHR
    • Reliable transportation across DFW locations as needed
    • Demonstrates genuine warmth this must be real, not performed
