The Minot International Airport with the City of Minot, North Dakota is accepting applications for the position of Part Time Airport Custodial Technician.

This will remain open until filled.

 

Nature of Work

This is manual work in the care and cleaning of Airport facilities and grounds. The personnel in this position must be available to work a flexible schedule that covers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to include holidays. Scheduled work is shift work, approximately 20 hours per week with occasional overtime requirements. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Airport Facility Foreman and Airport Operations and Maintenance Manager.


 

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Graduation from high school and experience in general maintenance or custodial work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • The preferred candidate would have experience working at an airport.
  • Possession of a valid North Dakota Driver License.
  • Pass a fingerprint-based background check and maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting hourly wage of $15-17 per hour
  • This is a part time, FLSA nonexempt, non-civil service position with no benefits are provided.
  • This position will work a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
