Part Time | Preschool Classroom

We are currently hiring a warm, reliable, and EEC-certified Preschool Teacher to join our school in Bellingham, Massachusetts. This position works specifically with a classroom of preschoolers - that magical in-between age where independence is emerging and big feelings meet big imagination.
If you love guiding early learners through language development, social growth, and hands-on exploration, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Support a preschool classroom of 2.9 year old students in a structured, nurturing environment
  • Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Massachusetts EEC standards
  • Support early literacy, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness
  • Build strong, professional relationships with families
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
  • Collaborate with your co-teachers and center leadership
  • Model warmth, patience, and professionalism every day

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (preferred, not required)
  • One year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood education setting required
  • Strong understanding of child development (ages 2.9-5)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-age children
  • Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC requirements
