Part Time Assembler

Your Role:
The Part-Time Assembler will work 15-20 hours per week and supports the manufacturing team by assembling valve components while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards. This role works under the direction of the Area Manager and Manufacturing Engineer and is well-suited for college students pursuing a technical degree. The position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate changing school commitments each semester.
What You'll Be Doing:
โ€ข Assembling valve components by following established work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and Manufacturing Engineer for direction and process questions
  • Demonstrate maturity by asking questions when clarification is needed and communicating concerns early
  • Identify potential quality or process issues to help prevent non-conforming product
  • Work independently with minimal supervision once trained
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines
  • Working in a team environment utilizing continuous improvement tools

Currently enrolled in a post-high school technical program, such as:
  • Industrial or Mechanical Technology
  • Automotive Technology
  • Machining or Manufacturing Technology
  • Agricultural Technology

OR
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
