Do you have supervisory experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant/Store Manager in the retail or hospitality industries OR experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level? Yes? Then we want you on OUR team to:

Fine Print

  1. Minimum three years’ experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.
  2. Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field.
  3. High school diploma or GED.
  4. Superior oral and written communication skills.
  5. Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
  8. Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car.
