Can a 12 year old work at Target?

Part-time after school student positions at Target typically require applicants to be at least 16 years old due to child labor laws and company policies. It is important to check local labor laws and store policies for specific age requirements and restrictions.

For a part-time after school student, this means emphasizing relevant abilities like responsibility and punctuality alongside their attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
