Project Coordinator
Location: Fremont,CA
Part Time - 20-30 hours per week. M-F
Contract: 24 Months
Job description:
  • As a project coordinator, you will see a project through right from inception up to completion.
  • You will closely monitor whether a project is progressing as per the allocated time schedule as well as the budget and reports status and trends.
  • This is an important coordination job where the project coordinator ensures timely availability of all resources including manpower and material to every agency involved in a project.
  • Supporting the Project Lead
  • Allocating tasks and jobs to project team members,
  • Examining opportunities to reduce project costs and ensure compliance to allocated project budget,
  • Providing administration support
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams

Pay Transparency: "The expected pay range for this position is $35.00-$39.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, 401(k) without employer match. Paid Sick leave is provided based on state or local laws."
