HIGHLIGHTS

Competitive base salary ranging from $530 - $580k annually, with additional productivity-based earning potential (varied based on part-time or full-time effort)

100% Mammo or mix of Mammography and General

Flexible hybrid schedule with an equitable mix of Day, Evening and weekend shifts

Up to 12 weeks of time away annually

Diverse mix of diagnostic and mammography

Remote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided

Use state-of-the-art imaging tools, including McKesson PACS, Epic EMR, PowerscribeOne and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow

Employed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention

Collegial environment: physician mentorship, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads

Standardized policies & procedures – QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols – All to reduce interruptions of workflow

Coverage includes primary site Advocate Condell Medical Center, with additional coverage at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital

Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line

Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patient

TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.

Fellowship training is welcome but not required.
